When was the incorporation of Digitel and DMPI?

Digital Telecommunications Phils., Inc. (DIGITEL) was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 31, 1987 while Digitel Mobile Phils., Inc. (DMPI) was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the SEC on September 18, 2001.

What is the relationship of DIGITEL and Digitel Mobile to JG Summit Holdings?

JG Summit Holdings owns 47.45% of DIGITEL, while Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc. (DMPI) is a wholly-owned (100.0%) subsidiary of DIGITEL.
